We are intentional about supporting underrepresented communities, with a strong focus on increasing representation and expanding access to leadership within the Latino community, for both men and women.

 

Infinite HERencia represents more than a word. It reflects our heritage, our identity, and the shared experiences that shape how we lead and grow. While “HER” honors the strength and leadership of women, it also embraces our HERencia, our roots, our stories, and the communities that continue to drive us forward.

 

We believe leadership exists in every community. Our focus is on creating pathways, expanding access, and building environments where that leadership can be seen, developed, and elevated.
