As a first-generation Latin American, my mission does not stop with women. I am especially passionate about empowering the Latino community in Northwest Arkansas, where we are surrounded by remarkable talent. As our community grows, it is essential to foster Latino representation and break barriers. By working together, we can create opportunities, amplify our voices, and inspire meaningful change.
